Comprehensive Program

Families who select the comprehensive package receive one-on-one private coaching beginning Junior year through high school graduation. Students and their families are led through a structured process, addressing each aspect of the admissions journey into a manageable, step-by-step plan to minimize stress and maximize success.

• Career/Interest assessments and inventories

• Standardized testing strategy 

• Determine college-fit factors important to the student

• Develop a personalized college list based on academic, social, and financial fit

• College visit and research advising

• Activities review & resume development

• Letter of recommendation strategy

• Essay support of personal statement and supplemental essays 

• Guidance on admission options (early decision, early action, regular decision, rolling)

• Review of the Common Application

• Financial aid and scholarship guidance

​Essentials Program

The Essentials Package is designed for rising seniors and focuses specifically on essay and application strategy and management, using the student’s existing college list.  It includes 10 hours of dedicated support to help your student effectively manage and execute their application strategy.

Services include:

• Creating a timing and tasks action plan

• Letter of recommendation strategy

• Essay coaching for personal statement and supplemental essays

• Crafting the Common App activities list

• Developing a plan for early decision, early action, and regular decision applications

• Reviewing the Common Application

• Confirming admission requirements and deadlines​​

​Foundations Program

The Foundations Program is designed for students in grades 9 & 10 who are seeking early guidance during the first years of high school. The focus is on helping students begin thinking intentionally about their academic and extracurricular paths before the more intensive college planning years begin. This program spans freshman and sophomore year and includes three structured meetings along with email support between meetings.

Areas of focus include:

   • Academic planning and course selection strategy
   • Exploration of strengths, interests, and potential career paths
   • Guidance on extracurricular involvement and leadership development
   • Standardized testing overview and timeline
   • Introduction to the college admissions process
